Four packages, one refresh
A grouped minor and patch update refreshes the error-reporting SDK, test DOMs, and build tool through the package manifest and lockfile.

The changes stay within the packages’ existing major versions. Dependabot groups the SDK, both DOM test environments, and Vite in one update, with the manifest recording the updated version ranges and the lockfile recording their resolved dependency trees.
